well whatever gets absorbed into your skin goes around your body so its up to you but people who are pregnant generally wear makeup which is probably alot worse but keep washing your face to keep acne away

It is very important that you don't use any prescription medicines for acne, especially Acutane. These can cause major birth defects. It is also important not to use any dentist's grade teeth whiteners.
All other beauty products purchased over the counter should be fine to use.
