Name ONE beauty product that really makes a difference?

Name one beauty product that actually does what it's meant to and that you always use! I'm interested in items available in the UK.

Which is the one product you'd buy if you could only get one?Name ONE beauty product that really makes a difference?
i'd say mascara Dior Show from Dior, it really makes your eyelashes look gorgeos, and i also love body lotions from Eves Rocher (the ones which goes in diff fruit flavours)

Clarisonic Skincare brush. I finally don't have to fight clogged skin all the time! :) Can't live without it.
Aveeno Positively Radiant cleansing scrubbers..

these things are amazing.

honestly.

my skin is so soft..and you can literally notice a difference in that it scrubs the dead skin right off..leaving your skin more radiant.
I would choose the Proactiv kit. It is wonderful at keeping your face clear of any blemishes and your skin healthy. Anyone can get it, all you need to do is go to www.proactiv.com.
Vitamin E cleansing lotion from Body shop. I would swear on it !
Aloe Vera! Yep, just plain aloe vera. It makes an awesome hair conditioner - it leaves my hair so shiny and soft! It is especially nice if I mix it with lemon juice (the cheap bottled stuff from the grocery store is fine). Lemon juice removes residues that can make hair dull and lifeless - and it leaves your hair smelling great! Aloe Vera also makes a great as a shaving cream or skin moisturizer, and will help heal just about any skin problem.

You can buy aloe vera juice or gel at any health food store fairly cheap. You can also buy some sort of aloe vera just about anywhere but it might have a lot of crap added to it and the pure stuff is best.
Anna Sui Liquid Concealer.

It's saved my face countless times.

My cheek/lip stain. I couldn't live without this!
