sleep well , eat well.. drink warm water and for pimples, use a juice of the plant called holy basil...works best for me and there is no side effect of it too. any cream has dangers...creams can cause rash too but ayurvedic medicines are completely safe. so use them instead. also use orange peels , dry them in sun and make a powder and mix it with water and apply on pimples ....it works too!What can be effective cream or beauty product to minimize and remove dark/reddish pimple scars?
For the cars try bio-oil, it was #1 in england and now is in North America, I'm not sure if its there though, anyway, GOOD LUCK!
