Where are Chanel beauty products made?

I've seen several Chanel makeup brushes on Ebay and the sellers claim they are authentic. Several show they are made in China. Is this true?

They are made in France. A company called Bourjois that is owned by Chanel makes makeup that is is almost exactly the same makeup (made in the same factory) but much cheaper, try and search to see if they make brushes as wellWhere are Chanel beauty products made?
